Hathway Hyderabad - Hathway harassment

I have taken the hathway internet service in **** March and I used for * months after that I recharged again but due to corona I had to relocate and the promised me they would help me in giving the service in this particular nee location but they failed to do so and they never returned my money, after that I asked for my returns they said they can’t give and I didn’t mind but they started harassing me by making back to back calls, now after * months they are calling me to return the device I already told them at the time of my relocation that I will return but no one responded, now a lady is calling me that they will take a legal procedure against me for returning the device and for that I will have to pay *** as a penalty for not returning the router these many months, reluctantly I paid the amount but still they haven’t taken the device or closed my account instead they renewed my account with a new plan of internet, please kindly help me
