Sriteja filed complaint against Hathway broadband and internet hyderabad on Sep 4, 2020
I have subscribed to Hathway broadband services in Hyderabad from July ****. During the installation the technical engineer gave his number for any issues.
This month (Start of month when FUP is reset), my internet speed was pretty bad (Half of what is promised). I filed a complaint on their App portal but the ticket was automatically closed without any contact/check. I reopened a ticket on *st September and have been trying to contact them via Customer support number, My area marketing manager who sold me the plan, technical person who came for installation. None of them are responding or picking up calls.
I have captured the results from speed-test and attached it to grievance cell on *nd September, haven't got a reply from them either. Not resolving the issue is one thing but not responding via any source is another. I am really disappointed and want to escalate the quality of service provided by Hathway and expose them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
