Hi Team, Let me explain my grievance. On **th April, I reached Hathway helpdesk and informed them due to CoVID I moved to my hometown and I doesn't used my internet( broadband - WIFI) for a month, for that helpdesk person informed that as per Hathway it is considered as special request, I no need to pay the bill amount and the service will be active for * months. After that only it will deactivate. Since it is a special request, user can't check the status of service request. And he added, if hathway executive calling for to pay the bill, inform them the due to CoVID hathway informed not to pay the bill. I agreed. And I'm having an audio proof as well, On **th April, I got a call from Hathway executive to pay the bill informed about my special request. After the cal, I got a message from hathway that my connection is deactivated for not paying the bill. If I need to activate my connection, I need to pay the bill. Hathway helpdesk and executive are not in sync and that leads to wrong promise due to that they are forcing me to pay the bill for the data which I doesn't consumed. Attached the proff for my internet usage. Due to this, regularly I'm getting multiple calls to pay the bill. They are creating immense pressure which creating sleeping disorder and mental illness. Kindly take a proper action on hathway for their false promise. I tried to reach Manish background team and hathway support, they doesn't care to show response. Kindly take a stringent action on them, save the consumer. Kindly let me know if you need the audio proof, will share it.
