I have been using Hathway for the past one year, recently after covid** when I work from home, faced frequent disconnection and slow internet connectivity. We have raised complaints and without attending it has been closed. At some point we got frustrated and opt for an alternate service and closed Hathway connection and returned modem and other accessories. Now the problem is I keep getting calls every now and then, explained clearly several times that the connection has been closed. But again and again getting calls from different numbers which I feel is a kind of threat and nuisance. I am not able to concentrate on my office work the impact of the call last from ** mins to ** mins. Please help me in coming out from this harrassment permenantly.
