Pankaj Vanis filed complaint against hathway boardband on Mar 2, 2021
I used hathway for almost * years. Due to relocation and non feasibility Hathway was unable to continue the services. I had recharged for ** Months in September **** but within * month i have relocated to adjacent colony. Now remaining * month balance they have not yet refunded. I have raised multiple tickets but none of them are resolved. and some of them have been closed automatically. I have called them multiple times but they are agreeing for a refund citing Company Policy. This particular policy was not mentioned by Sales Team while making yearly recharge payment. Sales team boasts of shifting connection anywhere in India. I had given them the idea of possible shifting to another location during last Yearly recharge. But the team gave assurance of providing continuous connection in another probable location in the same city. Also the team never mentioned non-refund of yearly recharge amount in case of non-feasibility from Hathway side.
