hathway boardband - Hathway Account Deactivated even though there is outstanding amount in broadband account

Further to Hathway Broadband Service ticket #********M******, I've attached receipts for Feb'**. Mar'** and April'** and bill for Feb'** and Bank statement paid against monthly renewals for auto monthly renewals till outstanding amount accumulated. Totally I've Paid INR **** on *st Feb'** in which only INR *** has been utilized for payment of Feb'**. So still INR **** of outstanding amount is remaining in my Hathway Broadband account.
Unfortunately now my Hathway Broadband account is deactivated and no response from customer service. Also we don't have access to reach customer support directly.
Since the phone network is too slow in my residential area, broadband is essential. Unfortunately hathway broadband frequent issues interrupting my official work and causing many problems. I'm extremely disappointed. Please renew my broadband account at earliest.
