From day * I have a connection issue, there is no permanent solution given till today.
I would request a refund of my amount paid to Hathaway as I am not all satisfied with the provider.
You can see the attachment of tickets I have registered with Hathaway.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
