Cashbean - Harrassing calls and threats

Hello ,
This is prem singh ,I have taken a small loan from Loan App Cashbean .i m taking loan from this app since * months nd i have paid all amounts on time even before due date. But right now due to Lockdown for Covid -** Pandemic. My small business in closed and now i m not able to pay their amount i have requsted them to postpone my repaymnt date but nobody is there to talk ,their panalty is affecting my amount and day by day repaent amount is increaseing .now everyday i m getting harassing calls nd threats from their recovery team.
Please do the needful.
