Hello, one of my colleague has taken loan from Cashbean app and he didn't repay it and he put my contact as reference. Today I got a call from cashbean recovery team n he starts to threaten me like you are the guarantor, u call him and tell him to come to court like that. I told I am not a guarantor, he has put my contact in reference which I came to know few days back. But the recovery team kept on threatening like I will make sure u won't get a loan again from cashbean. If you can't tell you friend to repay, why are you given your name as guarantor like that in a rude way. I have call recording of this. I will provide if required. Contacted the Cashbean customer service regarding this issue but no use. Worst customer service.
