Cashbean - Amount Paid but still they are threatening me

Every time i used to take loan from cashbean and pay them on time later i took a loan amount of ****rs and repaid them * day late for which they charged penalty also i was fine with it but because of there bank issue payment is not updated from there end the amount is debited from my end. i tried contacting them many time but there was no response from cashbean i wrote more then ** mails still no proper response such a worst customer service after few days i got a call from IVR they says that they will block my credit score i will not be able to take further loans and they are threatening me that they will track my phone and they will call on my other numbers which is not right i shared the exact proof the bank statement payment receipt everything but still i got no response please help me
