Shadowfax - Harrasment from Delivery boy

I ordered lingeries from a brand a named Zivame. And returned the same. To pick up the return the delivery partner was assigned from courier company named Shadowfax. When the delivery partner arrived at my building. He called and insisted me to come downstairs with my order . I denied many times but still he was persistent and i went downstairs with my order. He started opening lingeries in front of many people and i gave him the otp and i came upstairs. After * mins he called me and asked for my house number i thought there was some issue with my order so i gave him after coming up he called from his personal number and then rang the bell. when i opened my door he started pushing me back in my house and tried to enter the house . I pushed him back and closed the door but it was very traumatizing thing that happened.
