Hathway broadband and internet hyderabad - Harrasment Calls and not deactivating account

Its been * years, since i have been moved away from Hyderabad city, they are still not deactivating my account on request, i am getting constant calls everyday atleast ** calls. When i request for deactivation, they are asking for token amount for deactivation, and when i pay them they are reactivating the account. This is frauding. My account number is - **********.
