Hi.
I order items from Swiggy Instamart. I waited first ** minutes, than I called the first delivery guy to ask him, where is my order because on the screen it showed my order is picked up. But than he said he came to home and data is finished, he talked rudely and nehave very badily. Than I chated with swiggy customer care and customer executive on chat replied back that he has assigned the order to next delivery boy. Than I waited again for like ** mints or so, than they said some other rider has picked my order and they will cancle and I should reorder. After talking in chats to almost * people, talked to * riders. Nothing camed out. All they want is that I cancle it and reorder and waste my time again and energy in this.
I am being harrased by swiggy today. I talked to * people on chat and with * delivery boys. They did not help and I have there chats proof, how they behaved with me. I feel so harrased today by swiggy. I want to raise a concern on this ASAP and please I want a refund of **,***rs against my time and harrasment I faced from swiggy. Swiggy customer service never listen to there customer. I have faced this issue many times before as well. Please help.
