SIMA BISWAL filed complaint against Hp on Jul 19, 2021
have purchased a HP Notebook(**s-du****tu sl no-CND******* , Product no-*V*G*PA ) on ** Feb ****. But from June my Hard drive was not responding(responding too slow) properly.Then I got the blue screen error of system recovery. I have given the complaint to HP customer care. They placed a request for Hard drive replacement.When the technician visited my place he said that the new hard drive which he had brought with him was faulty.So,he took back the hard drive without replacing.Then after a week,again the technician visited my place.And he said that the HDD Cable is faulty.And again he took back the Hard drive without replacing.Now I have got a quotation of **,*** rupees from HP which includes the HDD cable and Hard Drive.They placed it in the category of Physical damage which to my surprise was not the actual case. Really I am frustrated. It is very sorry to say there is no external or internal damage in my laptop. I have contacted Hp care several times. But no body is listening to it. In view of above mental harassment undertaken by me, I request you to take prompt steps to replace my laptop with a new one with in ** days from today otherwise I will be constrained to approach appropriate court of law for deficiency of service.
