Hi team.
I have been trying to get my refund back from the cleartrip company which is the thirparty app for booking, i have made the booking in the month of feb for my trip which was due in april from mumbai to Varanasi return but due to covid it got canceled , now from * months i have been trying to get in touch with the customer support team to get my refund or at least get the booking done for the same passanger but to my surprise they have been pathetic and have fallen down to new low by not responding to the mails and their support team has also moved online so by any means u cannot talk to the call centre, pls help me to get my refund back
