AT around ****h on ** Jan **** at the check in counter at New Delhi Air Port every effort was made to deny me boarding the flight to Singapore AI *** on ** Jan **** at around despite having all the requisite documents, as required and having completed web check in and booked a seat. They first said the booked (aisle) seat was not available, which later became available only when I resisted. I have no idea why they behaved in this manner. It appeared there was a clear motive behind their rude behavior and uncooperative attitude.
