LG Electronics - Harassment of customers by the company

Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is regarding complaint against LG service executive and service personnel,

I was having a cooling problem in my LG Refrigerator which I had purchased (**/**/****) ** months back and thus I called the service centre to register a complaint.

The problem was later overcome by the service executive but he was poor at communication as he did not aware us about the problem and he made the refrigerator more faulty as there was leakage of water afterwards and also damaged the back grill of the refrigerator, and more he was arrogant in nature.

It is worthwhile to note that in less than * year of time the compressor had already been repaired * times and the service executive asks for service charge before carrying out maintenance. Still the problem is unsolved. No person from the company or the service provider is taking responsibility of the fault and the damage done. I am not getting satisfactory answers from any of these agencies.

It is their utmost duty to maintain hygiene and follow COVID appropriate behaviour, but none of them do so. As I have a family of older persons they need to be taken care off.

I request you to replace this piece of refrigerator with a new one as me and my family are facing problems since very long time. I hope my request will be solved by at the earliest.

I strongly advise to take necessary action against your service personnel for poor service management.

The dealer from whom I have purchased this product is aware of the whole issue.
