Air India Express - Harassment of a lady with infant and child due to AIx staff carelessness and inappropriate behavior

Dear Sir/Mam
My wife was scheduled to fly on **th June **** with one child and one infant from IGI Airport T-*, with Air India Express having PNR - K*WLPK, Flight No - AIR INDIA EXPRESS IX-***
I am so disappointed to explain about the services of Air India Express and criticizing the behavior of the staff. I have below complaints against the Air India express.
*.) My wife was having a valid family dependent bahraini visa, But they were forced to get the return ticket.However normally when we enter into Bahrain with dependent visa, LMRA issues the Residence Permit.But they did not agree to even talk on the topic.they were not agree to listen anything.
*.) When we booked the return ticket, they issued the boarding pass without checking the passport and visa properly, and dropped the luggage.Visa was rejected at the immigration counter due to a misprint of the second child passport number on Visa.
Here my concern is how they can issue the boarding pass without verifying, and drop the luggage immediately.
*.) Neither immigration people nor airlines staff were telling anything what has happened and not behaving properly with my family.My wife and two kids were crying over there but no body was helping them.My kids were crying with hunger and thirst but they were not even allowing to bring some water or food for the kids.My wife phone was also discharged and get it off.I was not able to communicate also.
My family suffered over there upto *-** hours.
Here my concern is, if the luggage was dropped and it was supposed to take long time to process everything, why they didn't helped her with charging my wife phone,allowing her to bring some water and food for the kids,why they didn't allow to stay my family in airport lounge,why they were not behaving properly.
At last I took the help of the DelhiAirport team over twitter and they immediately helped my family and connected with me over phone.
Please find the attached tickets,boarding pass,passport copy,tweeter screen shot for taking the help from delhi airport,Visa as a proof.If you want any other thing as a proof, i am happy share.
I am expecting at least ticket refund as compensation.Please go through my case.
