I have bought an Samsung S** Ultra on **th Feb ****, none of the offers that were shown to me before purchasing the device were made redeemable for me. I was shown a bundle offer of Galaxy Watch and Buds, it wasn't given to me. I was shown an insurance offer which said I'll get insurance for * years which costs around rs.****, but I wasn't given that too, when I tried to contact servify team, they insulted me and said that if you wanted insurance you could have bought it while purchasing the phone. I was shown the Times Prime membership offer, I was provided with a coupon on **st March, valid till **th April but the coupon was already expired on **st March when I tried to redeem it. I was provided with a **k voucher **rd Feb **** which had a validity till **th March, but it was an expired coupon too. I'd tried using it in February but it said it is expired. I've raised complaints and have called up Samsung more than ** times since February. they are just pushing it ahead saying the coupon has expired and we can't help you. They have also said I wasn't eligible for the offers but then when I take them through the case saying I've already been given the coupons but they were already expired when I received them. Now they are trying to push the Times Prime membership offer on Times Prime support, they want me to contact times prime for this.

I've been following up religiously since past * months but there is either no update or wrong information given each and every time I call.
Over and above these issues now suddenly the power button of my phone is broken from inside without any signs of physical damage from outside the phone, yet the service center people are refusing to work on it under warranty and are giving false reasons on the job sheet saying it is impacted damage and scratches on the back panel. Also they told me to pay *.*k initially and when I counter questioned them they reduced the price to *k and then when I escalated the case with the customer support team they have closed the job sheet mentioning that the repair was completed but it has not been completed yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
