i ordered a mobile(flip *) on flipkart on **aug i.e pre order the delivery estimation was *sep and shipping was *sep.
but shipping was not done i made a complaint again they said it takes upto * sep to resolve but on *sep my order was canceled by seller.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
