Upendra Dutt Sharma filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 15, 2018
I am owner of a restaurant which is registered at Swiggy. I received call from the swiggy executive asking for the order preparation time. On asking for * min time, he start abusing us and use inappropriate language. We requested him to calm down and corporate with us. He started abusing again and threatened us that he will close our resturant on swiggy and he will make swiggy to not make payment to us. Today is the *rd day as our outlet is closed on swiggy for delivery. Swiggy manager Parul is blackmailing us to write an apology to them and then they will open the outlet. We cant ruin our self respect just to work with them. We had a business loss of approx **-**K till now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
