SUBJECT-Harassment bt samsung mobile india in Chandigarh staff
On ** march **** I bought a Samsung S* plus mobile phone from your authorised dealer I have discovered that the phone has the problems and wrong commitments and poor quality.: It is also submitted that the samsung mobile officisl staff in Chandigarh is arrogent,rude,unprofessional,false commitments.Earlier also i had mailed regarding the issue.Even after keeping the phone with intense care,shockingly there came a blurred kine on the screen side.
The [Consumer Rights Act ****/ Sale of Goods Act ****] and other related initiated Acts makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the phone (replaced or refunded) and I would request that you confirm that you will do this as soon as possible.
I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

This is to your kind concern that I was an Apple Mobile phone lover, But then I got very much attracted by the looks of Samsung S*plus and decided to purchase the phone on may be the launching date.At first it just clicked in my mind about the heating and burning issues and poor after sales service reviews of Samsung Note, But still decided to trust on the brand and went for it.
I purchased the phone from the authorised Samsung dealer and was also delighted when the Samsung mobile team celebrated the starting sale of the phone, I will also attach the picture clicked by the official Samsung mobile team.Not concerend to this but at the time of delivery of mobile i was allso committed one time display change if broken withinh one year by the samsung authorised dealer.
S*plus, being a very expensive mobile phone, I kept the phone with intense care.
But to my astonishment the side screen blurred burst on screen side.I was literally shocked.
After discussing this issue with the service centre staff and the senior officials of Samsung mobile chandigarh region , they totally denied to talk and rudely disconnected the phone and asked to leave.It was very shocking and hurting for me.
I also contacted the senior officials for this but they were totally disrespectful and no cooperative.
It is also suggested to the Samsung mobile India to rather than spending funds on advertisements their mobile phones, to kindly use them to provide authentic and smooth after sales service and deploy experienced and staff in Chandigarh region.
I have been suffering from great harassment and mental stress due to the neglegibility , false commitments of the Samsung team in India.
I have been writings mails to the Samsung india customer care but i am not been heard nor any action has been taken,thus i have been put to great Harassment and mental torture by the samsung team.
I expect an immediate resolution or I will be left with no other alternative than going to The Indian Court for justice.
