KVR Reddy filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Nov 12, 2021
Took an ola ride from Chennai Airport to Virugambakkam on ** Oct **. Booked a micro car but was upgraded to a sedan. Vehicle allotted was Tata Zest sedan. Upon taking the ride, the insisted on payment for parking at airport in cash of Rs ** ( all charges are usually covered in final payment and no additional payment is made).
The driver did not switch on the AC citing that the vehicle I booked is micro and his vehicle is sedan, so he will not switch on. The weather outside was very humid and hot. My infant daughter had a tough time in the heat and we had to remove her dress bcoz of heat. Immediate compliant was made to ola but no help was offered.
The ** min ride was nightmare and my daughter had a tough time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
