On **th June, **** I had flight from Chennai airport to Kolkata Airport on *.**PM. Even after completing the checking and having boarding pass, when I reached to the gate by *.**PM, they had already closed the gate and I had to buy a new ticket, which costed me INR ****. In justification ground stuff mentioned they tried to call me once as they got my number not reachable they had to proceed. Even then also I said we have ample time to departure so, why didn't they announce my name, but that lady's behavior was something not right to this. Neither did they announce my name, even though their was a gate change.
After this incident, being a frequent flyer, I feel harassed.
