Goibibo - Harassment and force to check out before time slot

Sir,
I booked Hotel city lodge, Chandigarh through Goibibo App with booking id HTLSVE*CRK for dated **/*/** to **/*/**.I checked in at evening about *:** on **th.My booked room no was ***.When I entered in respective room,I saw that room was not cleaned nd toilet too.I informed respective staff as receptionist or caretaker for remedy.But no one was attend this.when I started AC,notice that there was no cooling.But I adjusted myself whole night.Early morning,I reminded again to attend this problem but there was no remedy.At * O'clock morning,I moved to my work nd returned at evening about * O'clock.Once again ,I reminded to concerning staff for attend my problem but at this time on duty caretaker/receptionist abused me nd my family nd forcibly through out my luggage.At this time ,I had no way except check out as before my check out time is ** O'clock on **/*/**.Which is wrong,Hotel management or Goibibo.I don't know? Plz resolve this issue.
