Happyfares in - happyfares in not refunding my refund

I was trying to book my mother's flight from Kolkata to Bangalore on *st Dec ****, After the booking payment was made from my phonePe, the amount was deducted from my account but booking was on hold. After sometime, I got email from them saying the booking could not be processed.The Booking reference ID: HBB**QPA amounting to Rs. ****.Since I needed to book the flight anyhow, I initiated another transaction, again the same thing happened. Here the second booking reference: HBB**QXX amounting to Rs. ****/-. Total: *****. After calling the Customer care no: +** ********** several times, I got to speak to an executive who says I will get the refund within ** hrs. When I called next time I was told within * days I will get the refund, The third time I was told I will get in ** hrs, whereas their auto reply mail says if payment is made via phonePe or any other UPI,I will get the refund on the same day. But this didnt happen. I am attaching all the mail references and status of my booking refernce numbers.Kindly check the timestamps and please help me get my refund.
