Happyeasygo.com - HappyEasyGo company not refunding my money

I booked my flight ticket last year July **** and the flight got cancelled. Airlines refunded my money on *nd October **** itself. I raised a refund request ** days before. Till I didn't get my refund back. I don't know what is happening in HappyEasyGo.
