I was traveling from Kolkata to dibrugarh via indigo flight *E *** on **th Dec ****. I had ** kg check in luggage and a small trolley of specified dimensions to be carried as a cabin luggage. But at the Kolkata airport check in counter the indigo staff named ayushi asked to weigh the small trolley and forced to check it in. I was short on time and she used that lever to close the counter to extract the extra pay. While in normal practice the dimension of cabin luggage matters but weighing it is not common. On the previous day I travelled from patna to Kolkata via indigo flight *E *** but didn't have to pay extra. I feel that I have been wrongly charged extra payment and hence expect urgent addressal of the issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
