I have travelled by air India flight AI*** from chennai to kolkata on */**/****. I have not received my luggage at kolkata airport, so i infrom the air India staff. They gave me copy of PIR & told me it will reach to my home within ** hour. But today is */**/**** I have not received my luggage when I called them today the lady who told she is the manager was shouting on me. They are not telling me on what date I will get my luggage. I have attached PIR.
