Flipkart - Half quantity with fake goods

We ordered a set of * bottles of a cosmetic item on flipkart on ** June’** and we got the package on **th June. As its a social distancing period, the package was picked from out of the compound. When opening we found * pc into it and then started following Flipkart for the rest, they said only one thing that we cannot do the refund, on insisting they went on giving dates for solution. Today when we used the * bottle it was found to be a fake product as its a cosmetic and it was giving a heating sensation, which is not the case with a genuine one. We can say this based on the experience we have using it for long.
