Utkarsh Singh filed complaint against Swiggy on May 17, 2020
I have ordered some essential items from Swiggy due to covid - ** situation . I realized first time that swiggy is taking advantage of this condition and providing less quantity which is ordered. My order id is ***********. I ordered half kg of carrot received only *** grams and order * kg of watermelon received only * kg.
What should i say this ? Is it not theft behaviour. I am feeling cheated. I paid for full quantity received half. I have taken pictures of received products and adding here. I request you to arrange the compensation value equal to total value of products because this is completely cheating.
