I had a terrible experience with Swiggy today. I ordered food worth Rs. ****/- and found hair in my biryani. When I reached out to Swiggy, they simply told me that they can't do anything about the quality issue. It's disappointing to see that they don't care about their customers' experiences.
I need refund for these because Hair in biriyani it's not a small amount it's a big amount swiggy need to mention in their App we are not responsible for quality our work is only delivery but swiggy are not mentioned like these I need full refund for these and also they very with merchant regarding these simply cheating customers I ask them to first verify with restaurant if restaurant told we delivered correct quality means arrange me a conference call with them but they are not ready to do that their work is only how to cheat customers
