My booking ID is ZHAV****. I called customer care of OYO and informed that I will be reaching at the hotel at *.** am. I was confirmed that it is fine. I reached the place at **.**am. I called several times to the owner of the property but phone was not picked. I shouted and try to call person at reception for half an hour but nobody came. There was no gatekeeper. It was on the isolated location and fully dark. I called up customer care and the agent said she cant help me. She can only make another booking. She made a booking to a new hotel which was *** kms away from OYO ***** Springfield Resort but she told the new hotel is just *kms away.
I was desperate and didn't have any way. I called customer care again. But after listening to my problem the agent cut the phone mentioning technical problem.
I didn't have any option. I had to spent entire night at the highway no light.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
