All my recent purchase are ordered via Amazon prime one day and two day delivery but got delivered after * days of guaranteed delivery due to multiple escalation.
I have ordered mobile phone and ** gb memory to gift as birthday gift to my friend but can't due to worst delivery option. They asked me to stay in office (delivery address) till *.** pm for * days Without delivering the product.
Yesterday i have ordered two products by prepaid , excepted to delivered today (guaranteed one day delivery) but without delivery they have changed the status to delivered.
Am a Amazon prime customer, prime products should be delivered and pickup by Amazon agent but they forced me to self return via third party courier. I have requested ST courier, professional courier for pickup, but they refused due to no delivery point for them.
Finally Amazon escalation team forced to send the courier via blue dart by paying ₹*** for ₹**** product. I didn't get by money back for long days, then only *** ₹ were returned.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
