I subscribed for Jio fiber * month plan for ***. I was informed that total will be ****.**. When I asked for a detailed bill with GST number and total gst paid on the plan, jio fiber mentioned that they don't collect gst from retail Consumer. I guess irrespective of retail customer, it is a service and gst is applicable.
I have paid ****.** Rs for * month plan. ***** = ****.
On top of that, there is ** percent GST which is ***.**.
In total ****.**.
Now I have paid GST here and would like to know the GSTIN number of the same but company is denying it
