Vero Moda - GST Bill not issued

Have done Purchased on **th April ****, have asked or GST bill but this was not issued to us.
Would like to know at first place why this was denied by Heena Shaikh by sale purchase at Store, since your GST number shows under Regular Taxpayer Group? Screen shot attached.
Also am trying to reach Mr. Imran Shaikh the Store Manager but failed to get any response on mobile **********.
We reached Vero Moda customer service executive, they gave us the reason that "if product purchased from the warehouse GST bill is issued and from store it's not issued" my concern is, irrespective of the location's, GST no is of Vero Moda and its a Regular Tax Payer how does that matter?
Kindly issue the GST bill with Our GST no on it as **AJKPM****Q*ZA. by today's day end or will raise the concern on GST portal by tomorrow.
