Gsrtc Bus - GSRTC bus being very late

When I booked my GSRTC bus ticket,the arrival of bus at devaliya station was writen as **:** and it is supposed to start its journey at approximately *:** am but when I check bus location online the. It is shown that bus started its journey at **:** am which is nearly * hour late. I can understand that ** to * hour late is acceptable but this is absurd. I have called conductor * times first when I was leaving from home to know the location so I can adjust my timing bus he/she didn't recieve it. After that I arrived on bus station ** min prior to schedule and at every ** min i called conductor bus didn't get any response again. I called * times. When location of bus update on GSRTC live app i find out that bus is late for * hour which is very totally not acceptable for me so here I am.
Even when I am writing my complaint I am still waiting for my bus *-* bus has passed by me but I can't board them because it was not my bus.
