Gsrtc Bus - Bus is not safe for travelling

I am traveling to junagadh from Jamnagar in ... Jamnagar - una bus...bus which I am traveling is totally loss..we can say...no proper head light is there no wiper is in operation at present rain is going and driver can't see the visibility...bus is not safe kindly take necessary action... other wise t will be raised to central government.
