We had booked our tickets with yatra.com from London to Delhi for **nd may for Oman Air, my father (one of the passengers) had a heart attack on *st april, we called yatra the very next day regarding cancellation charges, medical waiver.
*.They said they'll try and help us get a medical waiver, we directly approached Oman air they said they don't provide medical waivers, yatra then sent an email stating our claim was rejected. THEY MISLED AND NEVER TOLD US THAT OMAN AIR DOESN'T PROVIDE MEDICAL WAIVERS
*. Then we asked them to help us get a date change waiver. They denied helping us get that stating it is company policy TO TRY ONLY ONCE
*. Talked very rudely to us. Unreachable over emails (replying after *-* days), had to request a lot for a reachable phone number because on all their official phone numbers the agents would say please send us an email and cut the call on our faces, not even listen to our issue
*. Sent us an email saying they will refund us **k rs on **th april(ticktes were worth *.**L rs). Later when we said to check the refund amount before cancelling the ticktes, the cancelled our tickets and refunded us **** rs. Without our consent
*. the agents are rude, uninformed, unhelpful, unreachable
*. They say we sent you an email on ** may CORRECTING OUR MISTAKE, saying it was a typo in the **th april email and that you will be refunded on ****rs. They sent us an email as "evidence" that they sent us an email correcting their negligence AFTER A MONTH, we never received that email, for all we know it could be doctored
*. They now say that it may have been an error on agents behalf or computer glitch
*. they didnt know about open tickets, otherwise they wouldve cancelled them without our approval (which they did later)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
