I am filing this complaint to bring to your attention the gross negligence and substandard service I experienced with Swiggy, a prominent food delivery service. On [insert date], I placed an order with Swiggy (Order ID: ***************) for an Amul Rasmalai product. However, upon receiving the order, I discovered multiple critical issues:

Improper Packaging: The outer packaging arrived unsealed, and the inner packaging was severely damaged, compromising the integrity and safety of the product.

Compromised Food Quality: The Amul Rasmalai was sour and unfit for consumption, indicating improper storage conditions and negligence in handling.

Negligent Customer Service: Despite repeated attempts to address the matter through Swiggy's customer service channels, my concerns were disregarded, and the issues remain unresolved.

These issues represent clear violations of consumer rights and safety standards, and despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably, Swiggy has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution.

I am seeking intervention from your esteemed organization to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Swiggy for their negligence and disregard for consumer rights. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience and potential health hazards caused by Swiggy's negligence.
