Vodafone Idea - Gross cheating in the name of RedX Netflix plan in post paid Vi Service

This is regarding the gross cheating I am facing in the name of post paid Red-X connection in my number. Despite repeated requests and mails, I am unable to talk to your senior executive.

I took this connection on **th November ****. Since then till **th September ****, ie for ** months, I got a bill without Netflix charges.

Since **th September ****, ** months, as against a promised ** months, I am getting *** rupees added in Netflix name. So its an added money for * months stat.

I did not activate my Netflix plan in October ****, so you cant charge me for that without my approval or calling it auto update.

Whats the use of RedX plan if I need to shell *** per month for Netflix.

The monthly plan is *** and now ***, and you are charging ***!!!!!!

Hereby, I request you to refund the bill of Rs. *****, Sept **** till March ****) which has been fraudulently charged. Despite repeated requests and queries, the matter remains unsorted. So I want to discontinue Vodafone services.
