Grofers - Grofers fake Ad of Guarantee silver coin to customers

I have received several messages from
Grofers as mentioned “Guaranteed silver coin for new users at Grofers Diwali dhamaka sale. Min order Rs. ****” . I am a new user and seeing this Ad I have purchased products of more than Rs. **** with order : ORD********* on the offer date **th oct. I have received the products the next day but without the guantaentee gift . When I tried to reach the customer care, they are giving silly answers that we need to select the auto widget option of silver coin, which is no where seen during the payment. This is completely a fake Ad cheating the customers to sell their products. All the screen shots are enclosed for reference
