SAMSUNG - Grievance regarding nondelivery of Samsung Refrigerator

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my Order No. OD****************** dated **th june, **** placed with Flipkart for Samsung Refrigerator *** litres with Digital Inverter for which Rs. *****+ complete appliances protection of *** has been paid by me in advance.

This is to report grievance regarding non-delivery of the product by the Delivery Person named Imran Mobile number +************, giving absurd flimsy reason of the residence being on the first floor.

In fact, I am a genuine customer of Flipkart and have never experienced such an adamon behaviour from any delivery person. He has also totally refused to give any reason in writing and has taken the Refrigerator back without delivery.

This grievance is being reported with a request to address it immediately or else return the full amount within ** hours.

Please note that even after making ***% advance payment, delivery has been denied for no valid reason and consequently I am deprived of my consumer rights.

Kindly note that in absence of getting any satisfaction response from you, I shall be constrained to make an appeal before Consumer Forum for protection of consumer rights.
