Yatra.com - Grievance due to services of Yatra.com

Yatra.com is a really disappointing platform to book flight tickets. I have booked a Return journey for Delhi-Goa-Delhi. I have selected the correct options of flights for both Delhi to Goa in Vistara airlines for * Feb, **** at **:**pm and from Goa to Delhi in Air Asia airlines for * Feb, **** at **:**pm. I paid the amount to book the seats. After the completion of the transaction, when I have seen the Booking Confirmation page, I was shocked to see that the Goa to Delhi flight timings has been changed to Air Asia **:** am whereas I have booked the Air Asia flight of **:**pm. Now this discrepancy was done from Yatra side as I am using Yatra app only to book this flight, and also I have selected the time of night i.e. at **:**pm. I have called the Yatra Customer care to update the time which I was planning to book, I told them that the flight which I am looking is of Same date, same company, same source, same destination, same duration, same fare (₹****), only the time is different i.e. at **:**pm, kindly update the date as I am your loyal customer. They completely denied my request and told me that you have to pay the rescheduling charges of ₹**** for * persons. I said this is not due to my fault, it might be some updating error in the application while booking the ticket as I have selected the correct date and option. Moreover I have also updated my current contact number in the application, but the flight booking details has been sent to the old number mentioned in that application. This application didn't updated my new contact number. Even after requesting Yatra customer care many times, they didn't agree to change the time. They said you have to pay the charges. It's totally injustice for the person who has chosen the correct date and time and flight to pay the unwanted charges, and I can't change my whole schedule for the mistake not committed by me. I request Yatra to act immediately in this regard and provide me the flight of the time I was looking, or I will stop using this app further in the future. Experience with Yatra app is really bad, and it is not recommended to others.
