I had ordered a Xioami **i phone on **th june,**** but received a USB Cable instead of a mobile phone on **st june,****. I immediately raised a request for return or replacement that day itself, and later I also provided all the documents and proofs needed by flipkart investigating team as well.... but now Flipkart says return request has been rejected and have marked my issue as resolved. I reopened the issue but again and again they mark it as resolved when it is not resolved. and now when i am raising a new return request again it says time period for the return has passed... I have been calling the customer care everyday around ** times a day....they and are doing nothing but just avoiding it ... It is a mental harassment for me and I am losing a lot of my energy and time behind it.... I paid around *****rs and didn't even get the product... it is mentally stressing me out a lottt.... Please help me resolve this issue..
