Flipkart - Got faulty AC from flipkart they are not providing replacement

I had ordered Voltas *.* ton split inverter AC in big cooling days offer of flipkart on **th May. The voltas guy who came for installation told me i have received defective product as there was no gas in it. At same time i placed placed return request for that (on *th June), as per updates flipkart was providing me refund for my product. But suddenly on *th June my refund request was cancelled from flipkart without any intimation. I placed return request once again on *th June, Now there was only option of replacement, so i went with that option. They scheduled technician visit till **th June. But regardless of regular follow ups no technician came for inspection of my product. So at last on **th June I my replacement request was automatically approved. Now my replacement product was about to get shipped on **th June and delivered on **th June. But till today my product is not delivered. When i am checking with flipkart they are saying your product is delayed due to unforseen issue faced by seller. Expected resolution date for incedent raised by flipkart was **th June. But when enquiring they dont have any update on it.
My hard earned money is lost in this way. I have lost total of ***** in it. It would be great help if you can help me in getting my issue resolved.
