on monday, ** may **** i ordered a tandoori paneer pizza from pizza galleria from swiggy application
and after some time delivery came confirm my handover the delivery to me when i checked the order it a garlic bread and even ordered from zomato in name of pinky
and when i raised this compliant they didn't give me instant resolution and told me mail your problem to this email id and wait for ** hrs and i even did mail it abut even after **hrs no action has been taken when i again complaint to it and told them to refund my money they are denying that hey can't refund and again telling me email your problem to this is and wait for **hrs and suddenly after that that are closing the conversation and tried to complaint *-* time each time they are ignoring me
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
