I purchased Split A.C of Whirlpool company.The A.C does not work properly since installation.I had complained many times to the company but every times technician comes & told that I will detailed the condition at service center & appropriate action will done. But no one care about consumer.I also went to the dealer (Neelkant electronics,Varanasi) but there also the same condition. Noe I want to take some judicial step because my goods is in guarantee periods.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
