Solo luxury - Goods not delivered

I had ordered for a pair of Gucci Shoe and I was asked for an advance of ₹***** which was **% of the value of shoes. I deposited the money on the **th of Feb, ****. I was promised that the shoe will be delivered to me max within ** days. The shoe was not delivered and on calling the customer care number I was given a new date every time. From the very start I am communicating with Mr Anil and he assured me that due to certain issues it was delayed and the delivery will be made very soon.
On *th of April, **** Mr Anil himself insisted me to request for refund as he was not able to deliver the shoes to me. Today it been more than ** days and still the refund has not been made. I have been trying to call customer care and all the calls are unanswered. Mr Anil is just asking for more and more time. This is total harassment for nothing.
I have been very polite and patient. They have tested me for nothing. I have the deposit slip, screenshots of chat with Mr Anil and the mail in which the order was confirmed and also the screenshot of confirmation of receipt of ₹*****. It is because of people and company like this people don't tend to trust online websites. Very bad experience. Kindly refund today.
