Jiomart - Goods not delivered and amount not refunded

After placing the order, on **st July **** 'expected date of delivery' was shown as **th July, on **th July it changed to **th July and on **th July it changed to **th July. On **th July when I checked the status it mentioned 'Delivery made on **th July'.

I promptly contacted Customer Service no. **** *** **** and informed that no delivery has been made. I was informed that the goods had been despatched from the godown and might be in transit and that I should wait for a day for delivery. However, no delivery was made even after daily follow up though refund of small amount was made without any details. Finally on *rd Aug. **** I requested for refund of balance amount. I have sent several e-mails to 'Customer Service' and also to 'CSHead' and also contacted over telephone several times. Twice I received telephonic calls from CS that refund will be made but still nothing has been done so far.
